1. Service description

Niklo helps Pakistani nationals prepare visa applications for the countries and visa types listed on our website. Niklo prepares the application; you file it yourself. The Service provides:

• Collecting your visa application information through a guided, step-by-step application
• Preparing the visa application forms required for your chosen visa from the information and documents you provide
• Checking your application by automated review and by a case reviewer before it is delivered to you
• Delivering the completed application to you as a PDF for you to print, sign where required, and file yourself
• Providing step-by-step guidance on paying the embassy or visa centre fee and filing your application, including any appointment you need to book yourself
• Storing, reviewing, and preparing your supporting documents (passport, CNIC, photograph, and any other documents the visa requires)

Niklo does not submit visa applications, book appointments, or pay fees on your behalf, and does not act as your representative before any embassy, consulate, or visa application centre. You submit your own application, pay the embassy or visa centre fee yourself, and attend any appointment yourself. We use a combination of technology and human review to prepare your application: every application is checked by our systems and then by a case reviewer before it is delivered to you. A carefully prepared application improves your chances but does not guarantee a visa. The Service is a technology platform and does not provide legal, immigration, or travel advisory services.

2. User eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian manage the account on your behalf for applicants under 18
• Hold a valid Pakistani passport, or otherwise be eligible to apply for the relevant visa from Pakistan
• Provide truthful and accurate personal information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of Pakistan

3. Account registration and security

Your Niklo account is tied to your WhatsApp number, and you sign in with a one-time code sent to that number. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your name and WhatsApp number
• Keep the phone and WhatsApp account used to sign in secure, and never share one-time sign-in codes with anyone
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, including applications submitted for family members, whether or not authorised by you

4. Payment terms

The Service charges fees for visa application processing. By making a payment, you agree to the following:

• Processing fee: A processing fee is charged per applicant for preparing and checking a visa application and providing filing guidance. The exact amount, and any discount, is shown before you pay, and the same fee applies whether your file takes one round of checks or several.
• Embassy and visa centre fees: Fees charged by embassies, consulates, or visa application centres are separate from our processing fee. They are set by those bodies, vary by destination, and are paid by you directly to those bodies when you file. Niklo never collects, handles, or marks up these fees.
• Payment processing: Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. Niklo does not store your full card details.
• Refunds: Our processing fee is non-refundable once we begin work on your application, regardless of the outcome of your visa application, including visa rejection. The limited circumstances in which a refund may be issued are set out in our Refund Policy.
• Pricing changes: We may change our pricing with prior notice. Applications you have already paid for are not affected by price changes.

5. Service limitations

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Niklo does NOT guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, or government authority and are outside our control.
• The Service may experience temporary interruptions due to technical issues or changes to embassy forms and requirements. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to update your application or notify you.
• Appointments at embassies and visa application centres are booked by you. Availability depends on those bodies, and we cannot guarantee appointment slots on specific dates or at specific locations.
• Embassies and visa application portals may change their requirements at any time without notice, which may temporarily affect the Service.
• Embassy processing times vary depending on demand and the destination country, and begin only once you have filed your application. Estimates shown on our website are indicative only.

6. User responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information for your visa application. False information may result in visa rejection and potential legal consequences.
• Uploading valid, legible documents (passport, CNIC, photographs, bank statements, and any others required) that meet embassy requirements
• Reviewing and confirming the accuracy of all information in the completed application before you file it. You are responsible for what you submit to the embassy.
• Printing, signing where required, and filing your application yourself, paying the embassy or visa centre fee directly, booking any appointment required, and attending it on time with all required original documents
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations of Pakistan and the destination country
• Not using the Service for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised purposes

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Deepo Solutions (Private) Limited and is protected under Pakistani and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Pakistan, Deepo Solutions (Private) Limited shall NOT be liable for:

• Visa application rejection or delays by any embassy, consulate, or visa application centre
• Downtime, errors, or changes at embassies, visa application centres, or their booking systems that prevent or delay you filing your application or booking an appointment
• Unavailability or loss of appointment slots, or any consequence of when and how you choose to file your application
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service
• Actions taken by third-party services that are outside our control

In no event shall the total liability of Deepo Solutions (Private) Limited exceed the processing fee you paid for the specific application that gave rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

• You violate these Terms or any applicable law
• You provide false or fraudulent information for a visa application
• Your use of the Service poses a security risk or may harm other users or the platform

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@niklo.ai. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of processing fees already paid. Upon termination, we retain your data only as required by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days from written notification of the dispute.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by WhatsApp, email, or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
